The research group has the following ambitions:
- Contribute with research-based knowledge about the Norwegian film, TV and gaming industries from both a national and international perspective. This knowledge can be utilised by administrative bodies and production environments.
- Promote the university and the Faculty of Film, TV and Games as a prominent player in industry studies both nationally and internationally.
- Hold a leading position within a network researching the Norwegian film, TV, and gaming industries.
- Create active meeting points with the Norwegian film, TV, and gaming industries.
