Short description

Iveta Malasevska holds a PhD in innovation in services - in the private and public sector at Inland Norway University of applied sciences. In her doctoral thesis, she discussed how ski destinations could use innovative pricing strategies to gain a competitive advantage and increase profitability. Malasevska’s fields of interest include business analysis, revenue optimization, value-based pricing, consumer behavior, and tourism in general. Malasevska has been working on the project ‘Innovative Pricing Approaches in the Alpine Skiing Industry,’ funded by Regional Research Funds in Norway. Malasevska is a part of the research group Business Analytics.
