Now that you have been elected, it is important that you report this to us as soon as possible so that you receive the rights, access, and any honorarium you are entitled to as a representative in StInn.
You can do this by filling out the online form Registration of Roles in StInn..
You will shortly receive an email confirming that we have received your submission. We will contact you soon with more information, including details about when training will be conducted. Our training seminars are typically held at the beginning of October and mid-June.
Withdrawal Form
If you wish to resign from your role before the end of the term, you must complete the online form Withdrawal from Roles in StInn. We do not consider your resignation effective until you have submitted a response to this online form.
Right to Know What We Have Stored About You
You have the right to know what personal data we have stored about you. You also have the right to request that we delete your personal data. To do this, send an email to stinn@inn.no with your request. We will then remove you from our records.
Please note that you cannot request the deletion of your personal data while you still hold a representative role in StInn.
If you request to be removed from StInn's records, we will no longer be able to verify that you have held a representative role in StInn. This means, among other things, that we will not be able to issue copies of certificates, send you documents unsolicited, or confirm to future employers that you have held a representative role in StInn.
Important: We will not remove your personal data from protocols, minutes, or similar documents. This ensures that these documents do not lose their value.

Use email
In a busy day-to-day schedule, there can be many things to keep track of and many people who want to talk to you. It’s the same for us. The formal channels for one-on-one communication in StInn are phone, email, and Microsoft Teams. You might be able to reach us in other ways, but we will always respond if you contact us through one of these three channels. If you have an important question or need us to do something for you, it’s especially important that you send an email about it.
As a student at INN, you receive your own email address, which starts with your student number and ends with @stud.inn.no. As a representative in StInn, you also receive a variant with your name before @stud.inn.no, which redirects to the same inbox. You create and manage your student email account here, and you can access the inbox via Outlook here.
