She is enrolled in a doctoral double degree program between the University of Inland Norway and Rennes School of Business in France, and will be spending her PhD collaborating with both institutions. She also brings several years of professional experience in project management from working in start-ups and IT-based companies.

Research Interests

She is interested in artificial intelligence (AI) as an emerging technology and its potential impact on the business world, particularly in relation to sustainability. Here research aims to connect academic theories with practical contexts. AI is often presented as a transformative force that can enhance competitiveness while addressing environmental concerns. However, realizing this potential requires rethinking business models, reconsidering how organizations operate, and exploring new ways of working in the age of AI. She intends to pursue this topic during her PhD.
