Short description
I am a PhD candidate in the INTOP programme at Inland Norway University. My research examines how workforce diversity becomes, or does not become, part of everyday work practices in organisations, and how this shapes the conditions for service innovation. The study draws on practice-based perspectives on service innovation and critical diversity management studies.
