Nishat Arefeen Mondal

Short description

I am a PhD candidate in Innovation in Services in the Public and Private Sectors (INSEPP). My research focuses on Norway’s selective participation in international cooperation frameworks, with particular emphasis on the European Union, the OECD, and Nordic cooperation. I am examining how non-member states engage in policy learning, adaptation, and innovation through varying degrees of integration into international policy arenas. My work contributes to broader debates on governance, policy learning, and institutional innovation in the public sector, from a non-membership and comparative perspective.
