Short description

As an HR Advisor at the Inland School of Business and Social Sciences, I am responsible for assisting managers and employees with matters related to personnel management, recruitment, compensation and working conditions, as well as health, safety, and the working environment (HSE).  

My tasks include recruitment and onboarding, competence development, support in workplace environment and change processes, as well as providing advice on salary, collective agreements, and labor law. I offer guidance on personnel-related matters, handle case management and reporting, and contribute to the development and improvement of HR routines and processes.  

My goal is to facilitate effective leadership and support the university in achieving its goals through efficient and high-quality HR services.
