Parking for students
Here you will find information about parking arrangements for students at our various campuses.

Please note that changes and errors may occur, so always check the local signage at the car park.
Discounted prices
In Elverum, Hamar, and Kongsvinger, you must pay for parking. As a student with us, you can get discounted rates by registering for a preferential parking agreement. If you are a new student, you must first activate your student account – you can find information about that here. Select your campus below for more details.
Blæstad
Parking at the Blæstad campus is free of charge.
Elverum
There is paid parking in all car parks at Terningen Arena. Prices vary between the different parking areas. As a student, you can register with Onepark using Feide login to enter into a preferential parking agreement at discounted rates.
You can choose between:
- Daily parking
- Monthly pass
Discounted parking for students in area P5
We recommend that INN students use parking area P5. If you register and enter into a discounted parking agreement, parking here costs 20 NOK per day or 200 NOK per month.
Important! If you do not register for the discounted parking agreement, you will need to pay the full price for parking.

To set up a monthly parking agreement, you as a student must provide this code:

If you enter into a monthly parking agreement, it will remain valid until you cancel it. T
he notice period for cancellation is 1 month.
(This is only applicable for students with Feide login.)
Free parking for 1 or 2 hours depending on day/time:
Monday–Friday: 07:00–17:00: 1 hour
Monday–Friday: 17:00–07:00: 2 hours
Saturday–Sunday: 2 hours
Different rates at Terningen Arena parking areas
Please note that the parking rates vary across the different parking areas around Terningen Arena.
Discounted parking for students in areas P2 and P3 costs 300 NOK per month with an agreement. Contact Onepark if you wish to purchase monthly parking in areas P2 and P3.

Electric vehicle charging stations at Terningen Arena
There are several electric vehicle chargers at Terningen Arena. Both electric and hybrid vehicles can use these chargers.
Important! Your car cannot be parked in the charging space unless charging is in progress.
Use the Cloudcharge App or Mer App for charging and payment, depending on which charger you use.
Remember to pay for parking while your car is parked in the charging space.
Evenstad
Parking at the Evenstad campus is free of charge.
Important! Parking in front of the student housing is not allowed
Electric vehicle charging
Please note that changes and errors may occur. Always check the local signage at the parking area.
Hamar
Use the Apcoa Flow app to park at the Hamar campus.
Students pay 25 NOK to park for the entire day at the student parking area in Hamar.
If the student parking area is full, you can use the parking garage at Vestre Torg. Important! There is no discounted parking in the parking garage, and full rates apply.
When parking, you must use the Apcoa app.

Kongsvinger
There is a limited number of parking spaces at our campuses, so we encourage everyone to walk or cycle if possible.
Use the Apcoa Flow app to park at the Høgskolesenteret in Kongsvinger.
The parking area for Høgskolesenteret is located on the top two levels outside the building. Payment is required, either through the parking machine or the Apcoa Flow app.
If parking is full, you can park at Kongsvingerhallen or Europris (Note: standard rates apply here). From there, you can take a shortcut via the swimming pool to reach the Høgskolesenteret.
Please do not use the parking spaces on the two lower levels, the asphalt road leading up to the university building, or the asphalt area down by Glomma, as these are reserved for Sentrum Videregående Skole.
Lillehammer
Use the Apoca Flow app to park at Lillehammer campus.
You must be registered with preferential parking in the app to park at Hove and Nyhove.
Parking is free, but you must use the Apcoa app when parking to avoid fees.

- Vormstuguvegen is off-limits for parking. Lillehammer municipality issues fines for parking here.
- There is no free parking at Fakkelgården. Strict controls are in place, and fines are issued to those parking in Fakkelgården’s designated spaces.

Electric vehicle charging
There are several options for charging your electric car in Lillehammer.
Rena
Parking at the Rena campus is free of charge. Signs are also posted to indicate parking areas for students, staff, and visitors to the university.
