Everyone must pay to park at Terningen Arena.
Terningen Arena houses the University of Inland Norway (INN) campus in Elverum.
All staff and students at INN are entitled to a discounted parking scheme. To access this discount, you need to register as a customer with Onepark/Autopay and set up an individual agreement for discounted parking.
How to register
- Have your car’s registration number(s) and your payment card ready.
- Once you’ve accessed the correct link, simply follow the instructions provided. The process is summarised below.

2. Confirm that you are a student or staff member at INN by logging in with Feide.
3. Enter your email address. If you already have an Autopay account, use the same email address. If you don’t have an account, you will receive an email with a link to register a new user.
4.Enter your car’s registration number and your payment card details.
5. Complete the registration process.
6. If you wish, you can download the Autopay app and log in using the same account. You’ll find your discount agreement under 'Profile' and 'Agreements' in the menu.
7. Remember to renew your agreement when it expires.
Prices and parking areas
Discounted parking for students applies to parking area P5, which is the same 'student parking' area as before.
The discounted parking scheme for staff offers the greatest discount at parking areas P1 and P5. For discounted parking in other areas, please contact Onepark (staff only).
Prices for students with a Discount Agreement: NOK 20 per day.
Prices for staff with a Discount Agreement: NOK 25 per day.
If you do not enter into a discounted parking agreement, you will need to pay the full price according to the parking company’s regulations.
Parking is free for up to 1 hour between 07:00 and 17:00 on weekdays, and for up to 2 hours at other times.
Monthly agreement
If Elverum is your primary place of study or work, you may want to consider whether a monthly agreement is more cost-effective. This costs NOK 200 per month for students and £300 per month for staff.

The university does not operate the car park
The car park fees were introduced by the landowners (Terningen Arena Holding AS and Terningen Eiendom AS).
The car park is operated by Onepark, with Autopay as the technology provider.
The University of Inland Norway is not involved in operating the car park and does not receive any revenue from it.
