Registration and FAQ for parking with the app

How to register as a user in APCOA Flow:

1. Download APCOA FLOW from the App Store or Google Play.
You can also access the service via https://mobilparkering.com.

2. If you do not already have an Apcoa account, you must create a user profile by following the given steps.

Registration of Preferential Parking for INN

How to register Preferential Parking for INN in APCOA FLOW:

1. Go to “My preferential parking” in the main menu and register your preferential parking for INN.
2. Click on University and select HINN.
3. Register/select the vehicle you want linked to your preferential parking. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
4. Click “Activate preferential parking” and you will be redirected to FEIDE for login. Follow the given steps.
5. The registration of Preferential Parking is now complete.

You can find your active preferential parking agreements under 'My preferential parking' in the main menu.

Note: You must start parking only at campuses where payment is required!
