Parking for staff
Here you will find information about parking arrangements for staff at our various campuses.
Different campuses, different arrangements
Select your campus below to read about the parking rules and regulations that apply. If you travel between different campuses, remember that you need to register for discounted parking at the campus where you plan to park.
Please note that changes and errors may occur, so always check the signage at the parking area.
Important! At Elverum and Kongsvinger, you must pay for parking. Remember to register for discounted parking to receive reduced rates.
Blæstad
Parking at the Blæstad campus is free of charge.
Elverum
Paid parking applies to all parking spaces at Terningen Arena. As an employee, you can get a discount on parking by registering as a user at Onepark and registering for discounted parking.
You can choose between:
- Daily parking
- Monthly pass
Discounted parking for staff at P1 and P5
We recommend that INN staff use the P1 and P5 parking areas with discounted parking at Terningen Arena.
If you register for discounted parking in the Autopay app, the parking rate is:
- 25 NOK per day
- 300 NOK per month
If you do not register for discounted parking, you will be charged the full price.

To set up a monthly parking agreement, you, as an employee, must provide this code:
TERNINGANSP1P5300 (only applicable for employees with Feide login).
If you enter into a monthly parking agreement, it will remain valid until you cancel it. The notice period is one month.
Free parking for 1 or 2 hours, depending on day/time
Monday–Friday: 07:00 – 17:00: 1 hour
Monday–Friday: 17:00 – 07:00: 2 hours
Saturday–Sunday: 2 hours
Different rates at Terningen Arena parking areas
Please note that there are different rates for the various parking areas at Terningen Arena.
Discounted parking for staff at P2 and P3 costs 450 NOK per month if you enter into an agreement. Contact Onepark if you want to purchase a monthly parking pass for P2 and P3.

Electric vehicle charging stations at Terningen Arena
There are several electric vehicle chargers at Terningen Arena. Both electric cars and hybrid cars can use these chargers.
Important! Your car cannot be parked at the charging station unless charging is in progress.
Use the Cloudcharge app or Mer app for charging and payment, depending on the charger you use.

Evenstad
Parking at the Evenstad campus is free of charge.
Important! Parking in front of the student dormitory is not allowed.

Hamar
Use the APCOA FLOW app to park at the Hamar campus.
Parking is free for employees at the spaces near the Drama building, the ABC building, and the handball court. You must be registered with Advantage Parking in the Apcoa app to use these parking spaces.

If the student parking area is full, you can use the parking garage at Vestre Torg. Note: There is no discounted parking in the parking garage; the full price applies here.
When you park, you must use the APCOA app.

Kongsvinger
There are limited parking spaces at our campuses, so we encourage everyone to walk or cycle if possible!
Use the Apcoa Flow app to park at the Høgskolesenteret in Kongsvinger.
The parking for Høgskolesenteret is on the two upper plateaus outside the building. Payment is required either through the automated machine or the Apcoa Flow app.
Staffcan use 'discounted parking' in the app by logging in with their Feide account. The student rate is 30 NOK per day.
If there is no available parking at this location, you can park at Kongsvingerhallen or Europris. Note: Standard pricing applies at these locations. From there, you can take a shortcut via the swimming hall to reach Høgskolesenteret.
Important! Do not use the parking on the two lower plateaus, the asphalt road up to the university building, or the asphalt area near the Glomma river. These areas belong to Sentrum videregående skole.
Lillehammer
Use the Apoca Flow app to park at Lillehammer campus.
You must be registered with preferential parking in the app to park at Hove and Nyhove.
Parking is free, but you must use the Apcoa app when parking to avoid fees.
Important notes:
- Vormstuguvegen is off-limits for parking. Lillehammer municipality issues fines for parking here.
- There is no free parking at Fakkelgården. Strict controls are in place, and fines are issued to those parking in Fakkelgården’s designated spaces.
Always follow the local parking signs for the most up-to-date information.

Electric vehicle charging
There are several options for charging your electric car in Lillehammer.
Rena
It is free to park at the Rena campus. Signs have been placed to indicate parking areas for students, staff, and visitors to the university.
