StInn is conducting supplementary elections, and various positions will be selected by the Presidency this spring. You don't need to worry about not having much experience with either StInn or SINN; you'll receive training!

Run for Deputy Leader in the Executive Committee!
As Deputy Leader, you're the right hand to the Leader of the Executive Committee. The Leader and Deputy Leader work closely to ensure the optimal operation of StInn and distribute tasks between them. As Deputy Leader, you also lead the Organisational Committee, which holds overall HR responsibility within StInn. The Organisational Committee also plans social events and works to enhance well-being, welfare, and motivation in StInn.
The term is from July 1st to June 30th, and the position is paid.

Run for the Control and Constitutional Committee!
StInn can have opinions and make decisions on various matters, but we still need someone to ensure that what’s decided and done actually makes sense and follows the rules. That’s why we have the Control and Constitutional Committee, where we need both a leader and members! The members themselves choose who they wish to have as the leader.
The rules we follow are fortunately in our documents, and they also outline how we should carry out our work. However, it's not always easy to keep track of everything, and sometimes things can be ambiguous or simply lacking. In those cases, you, along with the rest of the CCC, have the authority to interpret the documents. This gives you the opportunity to provide valuable insights and ensure that the student democracy functions as intended.

Run for the Election Committee!
Many talented students are set to fill the major positions in StInn, and the Election Committee is responsible for headhunting and recommending these candidates. The Election Committee is also seeking a leader and members, and the members themselves choose who they wish to have as the leader.
The Election Committee primarily works in the periods before the Student Parliament meetings in October and April, but also takes the lead during supplementary elections when needed. A key task includes interviewing candidates prior to the Student Parliament meetings.
The term is from July 1st to June 30th, and the leader position is paid.

Run for the Student Welfare Board (SINN Board)!
The Student Welfare Board is the highest decision-making body of the Student Welfare Organisation in Inland Norway and acts as the supervisors to the managing director. Students must be represented on the board, and if desired, they can choose to have the majority of votes. Therefore, it's crucial to have strong student representatives who bring the student perspective when making major decisions for the primary provider of student welfare in Inland Norway. The position involves the responsibility of managing and further developing an organization that oversees substantial assets. Practically, this means reviewing documents, with many significant matters to be addressed by the Student Welfare Board before each meeting.
We are seeking a main representative and an alternate, and the term is from June 1st to May 31st, two years later.
