Goals and Focus Areas

The XRai focuses on foundational and technical research that complements other projects. Our team will leverage existing AI and XR solutions and explore core technologies and build new frameworks that allow for the development and integration of AI and XR applications. This focus ensures our research enhances the understanding and utility of AI and XR in applications requiring real-time responsiveness, such as:

  • Interactive Gaming: Developing AI frameworks that enhance user experience and interactivity in gaming environments.
  • Simulation for Business and Education: Creating XR simulations to support decision-making and training within business and educational settings.
  • Autonomous Robots: Integrating AI into driving innovation in physical autonomous systems.

What we research

Our mission is to contribute to the academic and practical landscape by developing technical innovations, addressing foundational research questions, and supporting the practical use of AI and XR in real-world applications.
