Faglige interesser

Jonas Iversen forsker på hvordan lærerstudenter arbeider i flerspråklige klasserom, lærerstudenters språkideologier og lærerstudenters opplevelse av å være i praksis i flerspråklige klasserom. Han er tilknyttet forskergruppen Diversity in Education (DivE) ved Høgskolen i Innlandet.

 Jonas Iversen is researching how pre-service teachers work in multilingual classrooms, pre-service teachers' language ideologies and pre-service teachers' experience of participating in field placement in multilingual classrooms. He is a member of the research group Diversity in Education (DivE) at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences.

Bakgrunn

Jonas Iversen har grunnskolelærerutdanning 5-10 fra Høgskolen i Sør-Trøndelag (2015) og master i engelskdidaktikk fra NTNU (2016). Han har tidligere arbeidet med kartlegging av skolebakgrunnen til nyankomne elever i Osloskolen, samt med norsk- og engelskopplæring av nyankomne elever fra 5. til 10. trinn (2016-2017).

 Jonas Iversen has a general teacher education from Sør-Trøndelag University College (2015) and a masters in English teaching from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (2016). He has previously worked with assessing newly-arrived students' educational background, and as a Norwegian and English teacher for newly-arrived students grades 5 to 10 (2016-2017).
