Faglige interesser

Bård Tronvoll sine forskningsinteresser er: dynamiske kunderelasjoner med fokus på klageatferd og klagehåndtering, verdiskaping i tjenestesystemer, tjenesteinnovasjon og merkebygging.

Bakgrunn

Bård Tronvoll er professor i markedsføring og studieansvarlig for Masterstudiet i økonomi og ledelse ved Høgskolen i Innlandet. Tronvoll har en Bachelor i økonomi og ledelse fra Handelshøyskolen BI, en master i anvendt statistikk fra University of Essex, England, en Cand.polit grad med hovedfag i statsvitenskap fra Universitetet i Oslo og en doktorgrad i økonomi og ledelse fra Karlstads Universitet, Sverige. Tronvoll har blant annet arbeidet med internasjonal handel og har vært rektor ved Oslo Markedshøyskole (nå Markedshøyskolen). Han er også professor ved Universitetet i Tromsø og ved Handelshøyskolen - Karlstads Universitet. Tronvoll var senior gjesteforsker/-professor ved Svenske Handelshøyskolen i Helsinki (HANKEN) fra 2013 - 2018. De siste årene har Tronvoll vært aktiv forsker med mange publiseringer i internasjonale tidsskrifter og bøker og har presentert forskningsarbeid på en rekke internasjonale vitenskapelige konferanser. Tronvoll sitter i dag i flere styrer i norske bedrifter.
