Why did you choose INN as your exchange destination?

I choose INN because I always was attracted by Norway and the idea of living there for a whole year was so exciting. Also, compared to the other universities in other countries, the lectures at INN were more interesting for me.

How would you describe your time as an exchange student at INN?

It was simply amazing. The facilities were great, and we had lots of opportunities, like being volunteers for sports events. The teachers and the staff were all very nice, and they all made us comfortable. I had high expectations regarding this year of Erasmus and I could not have asked for more.

What is the best memory of your exchange at INN?

My best memories would be the trips that I did with my friends, allowed by the university schedule, especially the Lofoten Island trip.

What are your best tips for future exchange students?

I would advise them to save money beforehand to be able to travel a lot because there is so much to see in Norway and at different seasons. I would tell them to get involved as much as possible in things, like in the student life for example.

How has your exchange influenced or benefitted you?

It allowed me to meet wonderful people with whom I still have contact. It allowed me to be more open-minded about other cultures and gave me the taste of travelling. Also, it is an opportunity to work abroad later because I have this international background, which makes things easier. And, of course, I improved my English, which is paramount for finding a job.
