Join us for your Double Degree
The Double Degree programme offers selected students the opportunity to receive degrees from both their home institution and INN. Students must complete the course requirements at their home institution and INN to qualify for the Double Degree Diploma.
The INN Diploma can only be created once the Diploma from the home institution has been made.
Financing your stay
All Double-Degree exchange students are exempt from paying tuition and semester fees to INN. However, they must pay their home institution's enrolment fees and other taxes.
Students partaking in the programme are eligible for the Erasmus+ scholarship. To learn more about Erasmus+ financial support, please contact the International Office/Department/another office at your home institution.
What do I gain from a Double Degree?
In addition to a diploma from your home institution and INN, participating students acquire the following by completing a Double Degree at INN;

Who can apply?
Only students from the following institutions are eligible to apply for the double degree programme at INN.
Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), Switzerland
The Double Degree programme is available for students taking the Master of Science in Environment and Natural Resources at ZHAW. Students are required to complete the first semester at their home institution.
They can afterwards be accepted to study for one or two consecutive semesters in the Master's in Applied Ecology degree program at INN, Campus Evenstad.
The master's thesis is written for both INN and ZHAW and requires students to have a supervisor from each institution. The thesis can be either 30 or 60 ECTS.
The home institution will recognise credits and examinations completed at INN.
