Dr. Olena Perepelynska is Ukrainian lawyer, expert in alternative dispute resolution. She is Partner and Head of International Arbitration at IMPACTA LAW (previously – INTEGRITES), Kyiv, Ukraine.
With more than twenty years of experience, she has acted in over 240 arbitrations across CEE and Central Asia as arbitrator, counsel, and legal expert. She served as Member of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (2018–2024) and Tashkent International Arbitration Court (2019–2022). Olena is Liaison Officer of the IBA Arbitration Committee’s European Regional Forum, Chair of the ADR Committee of the Ukrainian National Bar Association, Board Member of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association (UAA), Turcic Arbitration Association (TAA), and the Arbitration Association of Central and Eastern Europe (ArbCEE), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
About UA-KLAR
The lecture is part of the project Clarifying the legal framework for investment, EU integration and accountability in Ukraine ( UA-KLAR) that contributes to better understanding in the Norwegian society of the legal rules relating to investment in Ukraine, its relations with EU, and justice for atrocity crimes and human rights violations committed during the war. This knowledge is crucial for supporting and rebuilding Ukraine.
