At the University of Inland Norway (INN), there are six campuses in total. It is mainly three of these – Lillehammer, Hamar and Evenstad – that have English-taught courses and welcome new international students every semester.

Campus Lillehammer

Lillehammer is the largest campus at INN with approximately 5000 students. As the city itself only has a population of about 28,000, the students make up a big portion of the inhabitants.

This autumn semester, 102 exchange students are studying at the Inland School of Business and Social Sciences, and two are studying sports at the Faculty of Social and Health Sciences.

Additionally, 21 full-degree students have arrived from Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, Nigeria and Germany – many of them to the master's programme in Business Analytics. They will be staying for two full years.

Campus Hamar

Hamar has approximately 3000 students and is a small city close to Oslo and the Oslo International Airport.

Campus Evenstad

Evenstad is the smallest but most international campus at INN. There are approximately 220 students from across the world who study natural sciences in the Østerdalen Valley.

During the start of studies, the international students were able to try air-rifle shooting at the stand hosted by the Norwegian Association of Hunters and Anglers (NJFF). Hunting is a big part of the culture at Evenstad. Photo: Maren Roang / INN
