Have you created a personal user profile in an EBSCO database?
- All content/articles you have saved in [My Folder] will be transferred automatically.
- Journal Alerts and Search Alerts will not be transferred and need to be recreated after the transition.
- Persistent Link to Searches will not be transferred. Links you have shared, whether in Canvas or with others, will no longer work. These links must be updated or recreated after the new interface is implemented.
If you have saved content in the folders [My Custom] and [Shared By], you will need to manually move the content from these folders to [My Folder] to retain access in the new interface.
Click on the image to see the difference between the various folders.
In the new interface, your saved content can be accessed through your personal [My Dashboard].
Until 18 December:
Move the contents from your custom folders to [My Folder] (video).
18–31 December 2025:
Follow EBSCO’s instructions to download the folder structure from the old interface and then recreate it in the new interface.
