Nor-Log has acquired Norsk bibliotektransport (NBT). As of 29 April, book transport between libraries is operating normally again.

  • You can once again request books from the other campus libraries.

  • Are you waiting for ordered or reserved books?
Book transport between libraries has resumed, but delays may still occur.

  • Have you recently delivered books at another library for return to us?
The books are on their way, but it may still take a little while for them to arrive. Be aware that by returning books to other libaries, the book will still be registered as on loan to you, until it is back at the University library.

  • How about ordering journal articles?
You can now request articles through Oria again.

  • Interlibrary loan
Books not held in the university library’s own collections can still be requested from other Norwegian academic libraries.

Changes from May

Ordering books
If a book is available at your campus library, you must pick it up from the shelf yourself. You can still reserve books that are checked out and request books that are available at another campus library.

Delivered to your local library
We no longer send books to local libraries for pickup.
