Opening ceremonies for the start of the 2026 academic year

Here you will find an overview of when the opening ceremonies will take place at the start of the 2026 academic year at INN University.

Joint opening ceremonies for students and staff will be held on Monday, 17 August at the various campus locations. Students and staff from all study programmes at each campus will gather to mark the start of the new academic year.

Here is an overview of the times and locations:

10.00:

  • Elverum
  • Hamar 
  • Lillehammer
  • Rena

13.00: 

  • Blæstad           
  • Evenstad 

After the opening ceremonies, all students will gather by individual study programmes.
