Paper submission
Submit your paper or (extended) abstract to LBAW@inn.no by April 15, 2026. A decision on all submissions will be made on a rolling basis, and confirmation of acceptance will be sent to participants as soon as the organisers have the review ready.
Dates and venue
May 27. - 29, 2026 at Scandic Lillehammer Hotel. Lillehammer is 2 hours north of Oslo and 1 hour 40 minutes from the Oslo International Airport (Gardermoen).
Conference fees
Conference fees - 3.995 NOK
Conference fee PhD students - 2.995 NOK
Conference dinner - 1050 NOK
The conference fee includes the programme, welcome reception, conference material, lunch and coffee breaks (and 25% VAT). All participants, including presenters, are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be sent to the organisers no later than April 26. Cancellations until this date will be refunded, excluding a 500 NOK processing fee. Cancellations after this date or nonattendance at the conference will not be refunded. Another person from the same organisation may step in as a replacement at no additional cost.
Accommodation
Hotel rooms have been reserved at the conference hotel Scandic Lillehammer Hotel. You can book a hotel room through the conference registration link above.
Prices are:
Single room: NOK 1.290 per room incl. breakfast.
Payment for the room is made directly to the hotel at check-out.
Travel to Lillehammer
If you fly into Oslo Airport, there is a train station in the airport. The train to Lillehammer runs every hour 59 minutes past the hour. You may buy tickets at the airport, in advance via the Vy app, or on the train (NOK 40 in surcharge for buying ticket on train). The train ride to Lillehammer takes 1 hour 40 minutes. Scandic Lillehammer Hotel is a 15-20 minute walk uphill from the train station. If you have a lot of luggage, it may be a good idea to take a taxi from the train station to the hotel.
