We provide:

In general, ENRI provides research-based analyses using a wide range of scientific methods and data sources.

Evaluation

Does the leadership training work as we intended? Is the preventive work effective? Did we achieve the goals of the reorganisation?

Both public and private organisations need to learn from experiences to improve services and products. ENRI offers to evaluate initiatives and projects through support for self-evaluation or as an external evaluator.

Support for self-evaluation

Self-evaluations involve organisations conducting all or part of the evaluation of an initiative or project themselves. ENRI provides assistance in designing, implementing, and ensuring the quality of such evaluations.

Our evaluation support is research-based and developed from extensive experience with various evaluation assignments.

External evaluation

In an external evaluation, the evaluator is not part of the initiative, project, or organisation being evaluated. The evaluator provides an external perspective on the task and ensures that a systematic evaluation is conducted.

ENRI has conducted numerous external evaluations both during and at the end of projects. We also have substantial experience with follow-up evaluations, where initiatives and projects are monitored over time. We offer evaluation research based on both quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods.

Assistance with change processes

We are experiencing increasing demand for help in translating knowledge into practice. We are also interested in research and knowledge development based on the experiences and issues of the practice field. Therefore, ENRI offers assistance in leading and managing processes.

Process expertise includes knowledge of methods and tools, and the ability to apply these in dialogue with users/clients. Process support can involve everything from processes where researchers participate with advice and guidance (action research), to processes where we document activities and results (follow-up research), and advisory and management of individual meetings. This can be relevant in connection with planning processes at various levels, project management, organisational changes, implementation of evaluation results or specific measures, seminars, idea workshops, etc. We provide input on how the knowledge can be further utilised in a development process.

Lectures, courses and training

ENRI also offers lectures on a range of topics. For some selected themes, we work on developing various types of courses and training programmes.

Consultancy

Our role is to provide research-based advice and guidance to municipalities, businesses, organisations, and other entities that wish to evaluate their own projects, initiatives, or development processes. We also offer advice on scientific methods to organisations that wish to conduct surveys or interviews themselves, including how to design these studies.
