Requirements:
We prefer interns in Master or PhD programmes studying a topic related to Sustainable Development or Education for Sustainable Development. If you are a Bachelor student, please contact CCL and we can discuss your options.
Work activities:
Research-related:
- Development of educational materials such as toolkits (from our Active Learning Methodology series) or booklets from our Best Practice series.
- Involvement in the International Partner Network of the UNESCO Chair on Education for Sustainable Lifestyles.
- collecting data about education for sustainable lifestyles (ESL) initiatives around the globe (literature study, online investigation, surveys, etc.)
- maintaining an overview of individuals, organizations, networks and foundations that deal with ESL
- consolidating information from reports received from CCL and 10 YFP/GAP partners about ESL
Administration-related:
- communicating with CCL and the International Partner Network of UNESCO Chair on ESL, UNESCO GAP partners and 10YFP-SLE partners
- disseminating the CCL learning materials available
- preparing and participating in workshops, seminars and conferences
Information sharing:
- communicating with others who enquire about ESL and CCL work
- documenting CCL activities (photographing, reporting, etc.)
- maintaining communication about ESL via social media (Facebook, etc.)
- creating reports and exhibitions
