All municipalities in Norway have an out-of-hours medical service scheme for immediate health care around the clock.

Mental health
If you need emergency help related to mental health, you should contact a doctor or the out-of-hours medical service.
In addition, DPS Elverum-Hamar has an outpatient mental health unit that can be reached on telephone 91 50 62 00 or 62 58 18 88 between 09:00 and 19:00.
In Lillehammer, you can contact the service "Rask hjelp" (Quick help) on telephone 917 13 338 every weekday between 09:00 - 14:00.
