As of 2025, SELL has approximately 25 full-time equivalents and administers continuing education programmes with 3,000–5,000 participants and further education programmes for around 2,000 students.

SELL’s projects are externally funded through commissioned activities, tuition fees, and contributions from public funding schemes.

SELL’s action plan has the overarching objective that SELL shall contribute to making INN a central and preferred actor in developing and offering externally funded, flexible, relevant, and practice-oriented competence programmes for society and working life.

SELL’s target groups are twofold:

  1. Organisations that need competence development for their employees (tailor-made programmes)
  2. Individuals who require competence development alongside work through open continuing and further education offers.
